Janet has worked in customer service for over 20 years, arranging high end vacations for business and leisure travelers. Her sharp business and intuitive nature are key to coaching and leading in the real estate world. Janet and her husband are successful business entrepreneurs and are active in their community. Janet and her husband are looking forward to attending sporting events at IU Bloomington where their daughter is studying at the Kelley School of Business. As our Administrative Director, Janet handles the infrastructure and system side of the business while overseeing and supporting the staff. With her unique skills Janet is a vital part in helping Thrasher Group find exceptional growth and customer care.

Alex has worked in the customer service and healthcare industry for over 10 years. Born in San Bernardino, California, Alex lived the first half of her life on the West Coast and, through this, developed a love of real estate. Alex and her husband are dedicated to their three wonderful children and she spends as much time with them as she possibly can. She functions as the administrative assistant for Thrasher Group. Alex uses her high-level customer service skills to navigate calendar management, office administration and web/business development while delivering the highest level of customer care.

Karisa was born and raised in Fort Wayne Indiana and has spent the last 10 years in office administration and client/patient care with a focus in health and wellness and helping people reach their fullest potential. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time with her husband and son.
