Eric is the founder and leader of Thrasher Group. Partnered with the #1 Century 21 in the nation in 2018, Eric is the top single agent in the company. From previous years as the owner of a franchising company, Eric and his team have painstakingly developed intricate systems and staffing to help deliver a wold class experience to his clients. Eric’s group comes with a long history of work in the high-end service industry, technology, social media, and communications. Eric’s goal is to deliver a red carpet luxury experience to his clients no matter the price of their home.


Tiffany Grabner, Director of Operations

Tiffany is a proud veteran of the United States Navy and has recently moved back to the Fort Wayne area. Her family has been involved in real estate, in Fort Wayne, in one way or another for her entire life. She studied social and behavioral sciences and anthropology at IPFW and has since completed a Graduate Certificate in intelligence studies and she is currently earning a Master’s in Business Administration. Prior to moving home to Fort Wayne, she worked in Vendor Relations at a large computer software firm, managing teams and projects both small and large. Her education, coupled with years of customer service experience, made her realize she loves to be the detail-oriented person behind the scenes who helps take care of the needs of our clients. She will keep you on track and up to date for every step of your move!


Alexandria Rose, Administrative Assistant

Alex has worked in the customer service and healthcare industry for over 10 years. Born in San Bernardino, California, Alex lived the first half of her life on the West Coast and, through this, developed a love of real estate. Alex and her husband are dedicated to their three wonderful children and she spends as much time with them as she possibly can. She functions as the administrative assistant for Thrasher Group. Alex uses her high-level customer service skills to navigate calendar management, office administration and web/business development while delivering the highest level of customer care.


Karisa Owens, Listing Manager

Karisa was born and raised in Fort Wayne Indiana and has spent the last 10 years in office administration and client/patient care with a focus in health and wellness and helping people reach their fullest potential. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time with her husband and son. As our Listing Manager, Karisa will work with you to create the most comprehensive and appealing listing on the market. Her attention to detail will have your home sold in no time while delivering a world class experience.
